Most vehicles in our fleet require drivers to be at least 25 years old — this is the standard across exotic and luxury rental companies in Florida and throughout the US.

Some models in our fleet may be available for drivers aged 21–24 with a valid driver's license and proof of their own full-coverage insurance policy.

A young driver fee of $25 per day typically applies for renters aged 21–24. Contact us before booking and we'll find the right vehicle that works for your age and coverage situation.

You'll need a valid driver's license issued in your name and a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover) in the renter's name for the security deposit hold.

International renters must also present a valid passport. If your driver's license uses a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Cyrillic, etc.), an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required alongside the original license.

All documents must be originals — photocopies and digital scans are not accepted. We'll send you a full checklist when you confirm your booking.

Basic liability coverage as required by Florida state law is included in every rental at no additional charge.

Full collision coverage is not automatically included, but you have several options: you can use your own personal auto insurance policy, use the coverage provided by certain premium credit cards (Amex Platinum and Chase Sapphire often cover exotic rentals), or purchase one of our supplemental protection packages starting at $89/day.

Yes — vehicle delivery is a core part of our service. We deliver to all major Miami-area hotels, private residences, offices, event venues, and both commercial airports (MIA and FLL).

Delivery within 15 miles of our Brickell showroom is complimentary. Deliveries to Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Sunny Isles, and other extended areas may include a delivery fee — we'll confirm this upfront when you book, never as a surprise charge at end of rental.

We also pick up the vehicle from your location at the end of your rental. Simply tell us where you'll be and we'll handle the rest — no drop-off trips to a lot required.

Yes — same-day rentals are one of our most requested services, especially among travelers arriving to Miami and wanting a vehicle within hours of landing.

Because we own our entire fleet, there's no intermediary to contact, no third-party approval delay. If the car is on our lot, it can be in front of your hotel the same day — sometimes within 2–3 hours of your call.

Yes. Cancellations and date modifications can be made by contacting us directly by phone or email. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refunded — no penalty.

Cancellations within 24–48 hours of pickup may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of pickup) may be subject to a one-day charge, depending on the vehicle class.

Date modifications — extending or shortening your rental — are handled on a case-by-case basis based on availability. We're flexible and work with our clients to find solutions whenever possible.

Yes — additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement. The additional driver must meet the same age requirements as the primary renter (25+ for most vehicles, or 21+ for eligible models).

Each additional driver must present their own valid driver's license and be listed on the rental agreement before operating the vehicle. Drivers not listed on the agreement are not covered under any insurance policy associated with the rental.

There is no additional fee to add a qualifying driver to most rentals. Let us know at the time of booking and we'll have the paperwork ready when the vehicle is delivered.
